Refund Policy
Our refund policy is there is "no refund" for services performed, if you have a session, you will not be refunded. Much preparation goes into preparing for someone's twin flame session, whether they realize it or not.
Terms and Conditions Agreement:
- In our Sessions and Webinars we Provide a safe space and abide by privacy acts and other discretionary considerations. We do not sell your information
- We expect financial remuneration for our services and offer excellent value for the price. We do not barter nor trade. Consideration may be made on a case to case basis if client or practitioner feels appropriate, and certain prorations may be put into place.
- We expect our clients to be free of mental expectations, and be open and communicative, and to fill out an intake form to assist further with the issues the query is regarding.
- We are the writers of our copy, and we have taken the time, labor and expense of formally receiving proper trademarks, logomarks and copyrights. We encourage collaboration but expect someone to honor us to request, in writing use of our materials, including but not limited to attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use.
- We care about our unions so we do have a Code of Conduct, and expect proper behavior, etiquette, and we do not tolerate unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
- Kindness will be met with kindness, disagreeable behaviors will not be tolerated.
- We feel that it is appropriate to protect ourselves and our audience, clients, and querents.
- While we do offer free events from time to time, we have worked very hard on our Twin Flame Unions, our Personal Ascensions, and our UpLeveling. It is appropriate that clients understand the difference between a free invitation for an event or follow up, and charity. Even Charities operate with a budget and rules to follow. We are not obliged to make everything for "free" just because someone considers this "spiritual", we ask that you honor us and take note that this is a full Life Event to Ascend to Twin Flame Unio
